Returning an item
In the unlikely event you want to return an item please ensure that you inform us in advance that you are returning it. Under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations you will be responsible for returning the item to us by your own arrangement and expense.
In the rare occurrence that an item is unused and faulty then we will refund or exchange the item, arrange collection and deliver a replacement all free of charge.
A few little notes:
You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order. . If no notification by phone, email or in writing has been received by us within 30 days of your order, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We try hard to accept all returns and they need to be in the original box or bag and securely packed. Goods also must not have been used.
We will refund the price you purchased your item at. This includes sale and clearance items.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Free Gifts & Related Free / Discount Promotions are excluded from the refundable value and must be returned.
When will I receive my refund?
All money relating to your returned goods will be refunded within 28 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse and after inspection.
